**About Us**

Braemar College is an independent, co-educational school for students in Years 5 to 12. The College is located near Woodend, less than an hour from Melbourne's CBD. The College has two campuses in close proximity.

This role is full-time and ideally will commence as soon as possible.

**The Position**

Works as part of a small team to support College operations for students.

The role of the Facilities Maintenance/Grounds Officer key focus is assisting with the coordination of maintenance of the College’s facilities, buildings, furniture and grounds.

**About You**

It is expected that you will:

- Hold a current driver’s license.
- Demonstrate you can perform the physical requirements in the role in a safe manner.
- Be able to work independently, with support from the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Demonstrate the ability to undertake all-rounder repair work, grounds and maintenance general repairs, and gardening.
- Have experience in operating machinery and utilising tools appropriate to the position.
- Knowledge of safe work practices.
