**_ Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner which enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs._**
- About You_

**_ At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. What is essential however is that you have a resident / customer centric, and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also_**
- Demonstrated 1 year in the Australian Aged Care Sector
- Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team and follow set safety procedures at all times.
- Ability to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus as you will be making a difference to their lives everyday
- A passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer including building positive relationships with their families
- Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies.
- Must have the industry compliance of NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
