We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to motivate and lead our team of dedicated customer service officers. Reporting to the service delivery operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of client services within a high-volume call centre environment.
- To be successful for the role, you will have:_
- Previous experience coaching, supervising and training staff in an inbound contact centre
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to oversee and action key performance indicators
- Previous experience working with the Aged Care/Health sector/contact** **centre is highly desirable
