Our client is a reputable national commercial landscape maintenance contractor with contracts throughout Greater Sydney

With over 60 staff between the sites and office, they are well-equipped to meet clients needs and are well-placed to grow further in the years to come.

They have recently established a need for a new team within the company, which is tailored to manage high-profile maintenance contracts across the Western and Southern/Eastern Suburbs.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

You will be coordinating a diverse team of 2-3 staff members, including gardeners, labourers and apprentices.

This is a senior role, a perfect fit for a dedicated Team Leader who is looking for more responsibility and a new challenge.

**THE ROLE**
- Schedule works
- Delegate tasks to team
- Implement OH&S
- Hands-on maintenance
- Write daily reports
- Liaise with clients
- Work in with senior management

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- At least 3-5 years of experience within landscape maintenance
- Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture
- Maintenance and minor landscape construction capabilities
- Drivers License
