The Company

Our client is a reputable, national commercial landscape contractor that has been established for 20 years and continues to expand its maintenance division.

With over 100 staff across multiple states, they deliver landscape maintenance services to a wide range of clients, including commercial properties, business parks, and local government assets across Sydney.

Their Sydney maintenance division is well-resourced, professionally managed, and focused on providing high-quality service with excellent career development opportunities.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a leading national brand and work on a variety of sites across Sydney.

You will lead a small team of 2–3 staff members, including gardeners, labourers, and apprentices, to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, autonomous position with the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, technical expertise, and passion for maintaining green spaces.

The Role

  • Schedule works
  • Delegate tasks to team
  • Implement OH&S
  • Hands-on maintenance
  • Write daily reports
  • Liaise with clients
  • Work in with Maintenance Manager

The Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience within landscape maintenance
  • Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture
  • Drivers License
