**Job Description Summary**

The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day facilities management of the STARS hospital, ensuring effective maintenance, compliance, and service delivery in accordance with contractual KPI’s. You will lead a team of trades staff, work closely with both subcontracted service providers and clients to enhance service performance and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage maintenance services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and SLAs.
- Lead and develop technical/trades teams to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
- Assist the Operations Manager in budgetary preparation and control and procurement activities for the maintenance function.
- Ensure timely and accurate data capture in CMMS and BMS systems.
- Proactively resolve issues to minimize disruption and enhance client satisfaction.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, ideally in complex or healthcare settings.
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related field is desirable.
- Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience managing CMMS, BMS, and service providers.
- Police Check and up to date vaccinations, as required by Queensland Health.
