We are seeking an experienced **Room Leader** to join our dynamic team and lead a vibrant classroom of curious and capable young learners. **About Us**: **The Role**: As the Preschool or Infants Room Leader, you will: - Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). - Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members. - Lead and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and performance. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and center policies. **What We’re Looking For**: - A Diploma or university trained Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). - At least 2 years experience - Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting. - Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - A genuine passion for inspiring and guiding young minds. - Current and valid Working with Children Check - Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training - Child Protection Training (willingness to update - Food handlers training **What We Offer**: - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Competitive salary package. - A chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s early learning journey. **How to Apply**: **Be a leader in shaping the future—one child at a time** We are building new community (team) where will unite together to reach a common goal.
