Fever-Tree is hiring for a **Commercial Analyst** as part of our Australian Finance team for a **12-month maternity cover.**

**Role Overview**:
You will be reporting into the Head of Finance ANZ and be a part of a small but influential finance team tacking our FY25 ambitions. You will work collaboratively with everyone in the business and have touchpoints with our global FPA team. Tenacity, a genuine problem solver and being a team player are essential attributes for this role to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end management of claims management & verifications.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
- Develop & roll out a suite of reporting through Power BI.
- Lead efforts to continuously refine and improve financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy across the organization
- Support of the team to perform operational finance tasks such as reconciliations, audits and compilation of monthly P&Ls / Balance Sheet with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Developing the business muscle of net revenue management.
- Help drive a culture of measure & effectiveness within the sales & marketing function.

**Skills required**:

- Experience working with large ERP systems are preferred (ideally NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset working for a smaller business that is scaling.
- Open mindset with a one-team approach.
- Ability and aptitude to adapt to changing environments.
- Power BI skills preferred.
- Experience working within a Consumer Goods business is preferred.
