- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

About You

To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

- Proven experience in a retail/sales/recruitment environment preferred
- Exhibit high level written and verbal communication skills and comprehension skills, and confidently interact with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Demonstrate ability to manage difficult client expectations with successful outcomes.
- Experience with CRM for capturing lead and case data based on conversation with prospective students.
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and work well under pressure whilst meeting KPI’s.
- Ability to interpret complex information and effectively and efficiently converse with individuals at all levels while dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on campus 4-5 days a week.

The Global Student Recruitment Team leads all sales and direct marketing activities. It also includes international admissions activities, international student services, sponsorship development, and agent management.
