As the peak industry body representing civil contractors, the Civil Contractors Federation Queensland Limited is a member-driven employer association that promotes and protects the interests of civil construction employers, as well as providing advice and advocacy to all levels of government. Our training arm, Civil Train, is a leader in delivering nationally recognised training and assessment services.
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team to perform a broad range of tasks. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people as well as sound computer and organisational skills. A key function of this role is conduction student enrolments to ensure new clients are served in a quick and efficient way whilst ensuring comprehensive communication of training commitments. In addition, this role will perform many service support tasks to ensure operational and contract obligations are continually met. This is an exciting and fast paced role.
The roll requirements and key duties are:
· Coordinate and perform the student enrolment process.
· Collect document requirements from stakeholders to meet contract requirements.
· Answer incoming calls, respond to training queries and correspondence.
· Broadly support the Training Services division to achieve operational outcomes.
· Ensure reporting requirements are met, working in collaboration with others.
· Develop and maintain active relationships with trainers, administration, managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
· Respond to queries from clients, potential clients, key stakeholders and industry contacts in a timely manner.
Highly valued attributes:
· Experience in User Choice enrolment highly regarded.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Strong computer skills (Experience with aXcelerate highly regarded)
· Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
· High level ability to multi-task in a busy, small team environment
