**About the role at Mirvac**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Personal Assistant and Operations Coordinator **to join our Sydney Team. You will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to both the **GM Strategy & Operations** and **General Counsel for Development**. The role will also include day-to-day support of key business operational activities to facilitate the smooth running of the Development business.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Diary Management - Track, manage, and prioritize the daily movements for business leaders to achieve the organization’s goals effectively
- Office and Team Coordination - Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team

**Strengths**
- Flexibility - Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
