**About the Role**:
This newly created full-time permanent position will focus on enhancing visibility and analysis of Sales Performance related to Commissions and Payments. Reporting to our CFO and HR Manager, this position is ideal for a recent Accounting or Finance Graduate seeking experience within the Renewable Energy Sector based in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ.

**Your Daily Adventure**:

- **Mastering Metrics**:Run payroll cycles and elevate your analytical skills by collating data for commission and incentive models. Take ownership of data models supporting operational incentives and critically analyze the performance of existing models.
- **Operational Excellence**:Audit payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment laws and tax requirement. Ensuring timely and accurate compensation payments. Your meticulous eye for detail will play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence.

**About you**:

- High level of Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Tech-savvy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Collaborative and independent worker

**Bonus points**:

- Plan to pursue a CA/CPA designation? Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce? These are valuable bonus points that could set you apart.
