**About Dental Drill Solutions (DDS)**
DDS is an Australian, family-owned business specialising in the niche market of repairing, maintaining and through its in-house subsidiary, Handpiece Traders, sales of dental handpieces and associated equipment to the dental industry across Australia.
**About the role**
- Main role is outbound phone calls/appointment setting
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Organising collection/dispatch of repaired handpieces
- Updating Client Contact details
- Objection handling - client queries
- Taking phone payments
**About You**
- For convenience of access to the office, you may well reside in the Western Sydney/Hills area.
- Have intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills, Xero accounting (training will be provided)
- May well have several years of phone experience.
- Be able to display excellent verbal and written English skills.
- You will be an Australian Citizen or lawful resident.
- You will have a sense of humour.
- You will have a genuine “like” for people that will be evident in the way you interact with colleagues and clients alike.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 23 per week
**Experience**:
- Inbound calls: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound calling: 2 years (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
