Role Type: Full-time | Internal Sales

At Restock, we make it easy for our customers to get the products they need — and we're looking for a driven Appointment Setter to help us grow even further. You'll be on the front lines — calling, qualifying, and booking appointments for our sales team.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively call new prospects daily, qualifying them and booking meetings for our New Business Development Managers.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts beyond day-to-day transactions, protecting and growing their spend over the phone.
  • Proactively promote our product ranges by sharing specials and helping customers discover new solutions.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate with clients, and secure sales.
  • Keep everything on track in our CRM platform — ensuring accurate, real-time customer records.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience not essential — we value attitude, curiosity, and drive over a perfect résumé. With the right mindset, training, and cultural fit, Restock will set you up for success.
  • Ideally you will have 1+ year experience in appointment setting, B2B sales, or call centre work
  • Confident communicator — you know how to control a conversation
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in building rapport over the phone and email.
  • Proven prospecting skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. HubSpot ,MYOB EXO.
  • Bonus points if you've sold consumer-based goods and have sharp negotiation skills.
