We have an exciting opportunity for a Social & Content Specialist to join the team at Lorna Jane HQ.
About the Role
As the Social & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and promoting strategic social content to engage our Lorna Jane audience, enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.

**Major areas of responsibility will include**:

- Plan and schedule social media posts, across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & Pinterest.
- Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate insights to optimise content performance.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, including graphics, photos, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand identity and objectives.
- Collaborate with the departments to understand content strategy and objectives, contributing ideas for content themes, topics, and formats.
- Utilise design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that enhance social content presentation and storytelling.
- Assist in content creation for campaigns, digital advertisements, and brand development initiatives.
- Analyse performance metrics and insights to track progress, optimise content strategy, and identify areas for improvement.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- Creative eye for design and visual storytelling, with experience using graphic design tools and photo/video editing software.
- Demonstrated ability to curate an aesthetic Instagram feed with a strong brand identity.
- Previous experience in social media reporting and performance analysis using management tools.
- Exceptional project management capabilities: you must be able to ideate and manage multiple content streams across multiple platforms simultaneously.
