We are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to enhance our marketing efforts and contribute to our fun-loving environment.

The Junior Marketing Assistant will aid in the conceptualisation and roll-out of marketing strategies to promote the centre's brand, attract guests, and foster community engagement. This role is suited for someone who has a flair for creativity, a knack for communication, and a passion for family entertainment.

This is a part time position, 22 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the General Manager in the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns tailored to family entertainment.
- Develop content across social media channels, ensuring it's engaging, brand-consistent, and appealing to families.
- Participate in the organisation and promotion of onsite events, birthday parties, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Collaborate with local businesses and community groups to establish partnerships.
- Maintain and update promotional materials inventory, from flyers to digital content.
- Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns and social media engagement metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role or currently studying Marketing.
- A genuine interest in family entertainment and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is desirable.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
