**The Role**
Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) is seeking a highly motivated Instructor Development Manager to
provide analysis, development, implementation and assurance of development activities for the
advancement of the Defence Cyber College (DDC) instructional staff in accordance with the
strategic direction of DCC Head of College.

Defence has identified Cyber Warfare as a priority area for investment, with the DCC as a key pillar
to enable the ADF to develop the means to exploit cyberspace and the cyber operating environment
the direction and development of this innovative training establishment and team from the ground
up.

This will include:

- Building and managing the Instruction Facilitation Team.
- Supporting the facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills of instructors.
- Reviewing instructional staff performance.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance delivery of education and training across DDC.
