Our client is a highly specialised specialist centre. They offer the latest technology and research coupled with a team of professionals who are leaders in their field.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic medical receptionist to join their team. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence, theatre lists
- Diary management
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations, Medicare claims
- Assist with billings
- Processing private insurance claims and billing
- Utilising Genie software

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a medical setting. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
