**Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Success team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients are successful with custom integration projects, leveraging the CorePlan platform. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with CorePlan customers and internal teams to understand the needs and goals of each client, ensuring successful implementation. - Manage Statements of Work (SOW), including requirements and pricing; collaborate with Sales to close Professional Services opportunities. - Oversee technical development projects from requirements to design and development. Project management skills are a must. - Work with clients, prospects, and software partners to gather requirements for integrations and workflowz - Work with the support team to resolve support-related issues swiftly and escalate if necessary. **Our Culture** TL;DR - CorePlan is not a good fit for everyone, and that’s OK.
