**OUR ROLE**
As our new **DevOps Capability Lead,** you will be our automation delivery guru You will focus on delivering operational excellence across our GPUaaS offering and the AI ecosystem it supports. This role will give you the opportunity to connect and have impact across our business and diverse client group. This dynamic role will see you:
- Own the operational optimisation for our new ‘Scaile’ GPUaaS offering
- Enhance our day-to-day operations through automation with existing tools
- Utilise your expertise with automation tools, frameworks and industry knowledge to define and enforce high quality practices and processes
- Partner with our clients on deliver best practice automation solutions
- Identify emerging vendors and solutions to integrate into the xAmplify offering
- Lead and grow your team of like-minded automation engineers
**KEY ELIGIBILITY**
**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience working within DevOps and Agile environments
- Previous experience owning the delivery of automation using varied tools, ideally within the IT sector
- Advanced capability in multiple automation tools and coding languages, and have the desire and capability to quickly learn others
- Ability to identify and implement solutions to a wide range of technical issues
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally, propose and implement unique solutions to our clients
- Previous operational experience leading a growing technical team
- Advanced communication skills - including written, verbal and presentation
- A high level of organisation and time management
- Be self-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working as part of a team
