**Role**

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to help our client develop testing strategies for programs, projects, enhancements and support of their B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms. Responsible for the testing of systems under development, for providing expert process improvement advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementing new systems are accurately quantified and addressed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Program and Project Managers to identify and prioritize demand for testing.
- Manage the testing governance process to ensure that all the testing adheres to required process and quality standards.
- Manage test script development ensuring the completeness and coverage of all the necessary acceptance criteria.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks associated with testing.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear and consistent communication with senior stakeholders throughout the course of projects.
- Ensure test case approach and results are document and produce project artefacts related to testing as required
- Manage test execution covering regression, systems integration, quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

**Experience**
- Experience with website and eCommerce solutions mandatory
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud platform desirable
- Experience managing testing activities on complex systems with 10+ points of integration
- Ability to quickly understand technical complexities
- Ability to communicate with resources of various IT disciplines to a good level (e.g., developers, network, infrastructure)
- Experience in full testing life cycle covering unit testing, functional testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Familiar with test management and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
