**Do you have what it takes to be the Administration Officer for Winepress Church?**
**We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to be a part of our small and friendly team.**
**This role will provide administrative support for the Lead Pastor, Head of Operations, staff team and external customers. It is envisaged that this is a permanent Part Time role.**
**Are you someone who is:

- **excellent interpersonal & communication skills**:
- **Good understanding of bookkeeping processes**:
- **general business acumen is essential.**
**The Administration Officer will be expected to take on the daily office administration, as well as customer facing roles, such as reception duties on the phone and in the office. The successful applicant will also be responsible for ordering from suppliers and directing incoming enquiries to the right team member.**
**We are looking for a team player to help organise and support our staff retreats or staff/board events. The position will be reporting to the Head of Operations.**

This is a role requiring approx. flexible 25 hours of your time and is based at our modern premises in Berwick.
