We’re now looking for a warm, confident communicator to join our team in a part-time, phone-based role focused solely on patient calls — no front desk or face-to-face patient duties required.

**About the Role**

This is a phone-only role, based onsite at our Oakleigh practice. You’ll be speaking to patients who’ve previously enquired about treatment (cosmetic, orthodontic, or implant), as well as reactivating lapsed patients and following up on outstanding treatment plans. Your job is to get them booked in — and help them take that next step in their dental care journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Outbound calls to warm leads for cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant treatments
- Reactivating patients who are overdue for check-ups or hygiene appointments
- Following up on unaccepted or incomplete treatment plans
- Recording accurate notes and following up consistently
- Working towards achievable booking targets
- Collaborating with the clinical and front office team behind the scenes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a dental setting and a knowledge of dental procedures is essential (treatment coordinator, receptionist, or dental assistant)
- At least 2 years’ experience in phone-based appointment setting or call centre work
- A warm, engaging phone manner and confidence in discussing treatment options
- Excellent follow-up and organisational skills
- A reliable, team-focused attitude and strong attention to detail
- Motivated by achieving targets and helping patients take action
