**Position**: Restaurant Manager

**Location**: Narre Warren, Hallam & Oakleigh VIC
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, service, and efficiency among your team
- Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and expand customer base
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and perform stock runs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards

**Requirements**:

- Monitor inventory and perform stock runs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standard
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant/ kitchen hand or equivalent
- Ideal but not required experience in burger chain restaurants
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

**Schedule**:

- Predominantly evening shifts (day shifts rarely available)
- Must be available FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY
- Public holidays

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
