**Position Description**
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis, and cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Reconciling customer accounts
- Allocating/receipting payments
- Billing/invoicing customers
- Monitoring and processing credit limits and claims
- Following up on outstanding accounts
- Debtor reporting on a weekly basis
- Handling telephone customer account queries - internal/external
- Collaborating, fostering and building relationships with key stakeholders across sales and finance
- Completing relevant end of month processes
- Ad hoc tasks as required assigned by your Manager

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, as well as the following attributes:

- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
- Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail
- A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring high quality work
