Very attractive hourly rates - Company that looks after its people - Family Friendly Rosters FIFO Perth KCA Site Services is a WA owned and operated mining supplier, providing quality personnel and equipment hire solutions to the mining industry locally and overseas On behalf of our client **RemX Australia** which is a multi-faceted company located in Perth, we are seeking a FIFO Civil Supervisors eager to join the team and assist in the continued growth of RemX Australia. **The Opportunity**: We require suitably qualified and skilled Civil Supervisors eager to lead a team and assist in the growth of the business. The projects include drill pad construction, mine rehabilitation and bulk earth works. FIFO from Perth, very attractive hourly rates and potential for long term work. **Responsibilities**: - Supervise and manage team of operators - Plan, prepare and implement daily pre start meetings - Assign machinery to personnel - Ensure personnel are carrying out their tasks correctly and efficiently - Complete site/workplace paperwork effectively - Must be highly experienced in FIFO civil construction environments - Proven track record leading a team of operators - Team player who is reliable, proactive and eager to be part of innovative company **Requirements**: - BHP inducted preferred - Section 26 Supervisors Certificate - Experience with drill pad construction & rehabilitation work desirable - Must possess nationally accredited certificates for mobile plant - Must hold a current HR licence - Be able to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening - Positive and hard working attitude - White Card - Police Clearance required Your interest and experience can be expressed by clicking **KCA Site Services** **"Our People, Your Strength"** **1300 143 947
