**Our Family**: - Family of four - mum, dad and 2 sons (2yo, 5yo). We are an English speaking family who want to improve our children's understanding and fluency in Mandarin Chinese. **Your Duties**: **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - We are looking for a babysitter who is a native Mandarin speaker. Someone who has a natural ability to engage and keep attention of young, very active boys. We have had best success with carers who are university students currently studying teaching, sports coachin, psychology, and/or allied health. Our sons are not "sit down and colour in" or "let's do a craft together" type of kids. Think construction toys, army/war toys, cars/trains, basketball/handball, climbing equipment etc. You will always be kept thinking on this job - e.g. What game can we play with these toys? What can we build with these toys? What can we pretend/imagine ourselves to be? If the kids don't want to do something, how can I "trick" them into doing it by turning it into a game?
