Call Centre Operator

**Call Centre/Results Clerk**
- **Part Time (15 hrs per week)**:

- **4 days per week, Mon from 3-8pm, Wed from 2-7pm and Fri from 3-8pm**:

The Healius pathology subsidiary SDS Pathology is an amalgamated business compromised of several well-established brands across Australia.**Dorevitch Pathology** is a leading private provider of pathology and diagnostic services throughout Victoria. Our central Heidelberg laboratory is currently seeking an experienced team member to join our professional Call Centre tea**Your Skills will include**:

- Excellent telephone Manner
- Ability to manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience within a similar role essential
- Previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology an advantage
- Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

**The roles and responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Answering in-bound telephone calls and transferring of calls across the business
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls
- Communicate test results to our Doctor’s, Medical Support Staff and Warfarin Patients
