**About the centre**

RecWest Footscray is a recreation centre located between Barrett Reserve and Shorten Reserve in Footscray, Melbourne.

We run a variety of fitness programs and memberships to suit both adults and children: from the gym, group fitness classes and personal training sessions; to inclusive programming and basketball. The centre is community minded and strives to be a place for all.

**About the role**

Looking for a new and exciting challenge? RecWest Footscray is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Officers to join our community-minded team In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences to all patrons, ensuring their time at our centre is both enjoyable and memorable.

You'll also be responsible for performing operational duties such as stadium set up and pack down, maintaining a clean and tidy environment within the facility, and responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.

This role is being offered as either Part-Time or Casual, with an hourly rate of $23.55 (+25% casual loading) + Super.

**About you**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a health club or fitness environment. You should also possess knowledge and understanding of recreation operations and community sport, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
