About us Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is located opposite one of the most speculator beaches on the Central Coast, NSW. Our dynamic hotel is looking for our next Food and Beverage leader to join the Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific family and in particular the First Floor Food and Beverage Operations team where all the action happens As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll assist with the Food and Beverage operations across our First Floor operations including; SeaSalt Restaurant, Lord Ashley Bar and Lounge, Deck Bar, Room Service and Banquets. You will be leading an amazing team of young, outgoing and personality plus individuals where you will be responsible for all things our First Floor Operation can throw at you during a shift You will be in charge of all day to day operations including; staff management, warm and welcoming customer service, cashiering, functions and events, quality service standards, venue atmosphere and ensuring the venue is compliant with all licensing legislation and health and safety. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: - Great attention to detail - Exceptional teamwork - Time management skills - Superior communication skills - High standard of personal presentation - Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests - The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays - You must have previous experience in a similar role - You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
