About Us

This October, we are opening Terrigal Pavilion, a world-class hospitality destination on the Central Coast. Perched by the ocean at Terrigal Haven, the Pavilion will bring together premium food, vibrant energy, music, and thoughtful design in a stunning coastal setting.

We are known for creating venues where great food and genuine hospitality meet a lively, beachside spirit. Terrigal Pavilion will be no different – a place where guests come for unforgettable experiences and teams thrive in a culture of energy and excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our opening team as Floor, Bar, and Restaurant Supervisors. These are hands-on leadership roles for people who thrive under pressure, lead by example, and know how to create memorable guest experiences.

Your Role

  • Lead or support daily service operations with precision and confidence
  • Deliver seamless, high-quality hospitality in a high-volume venue
  • Coach, motivate, and energise your team on shift
  • Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Contribute to training, rostering, and stock control
  • Play a key role in shaping the guest experience at our newest coastal flagship

What You Bring

  • Proven hospitality experience in floor, bar, or restaurant leadership
  • Strong communication and delegation skills
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach during peak service
  • Intermediate to advanced food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods
