We need more amazing people just like you to help us bring our stunning hotel to life We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our First Floor Operation.
**Your day to day**
As Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage - First Floor, reporting to the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of the food and beverage operations for Lord Ashley Lounge, Seasalt, Room Service & Mini Bar to ensure quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Always following regulations concerning health, safety and responsible service of Alcohol requirements. This will include: - leading the team to maximise financial performance, continuously driving both revenue generating and cost control improvements, maximising profitability. - ensuring quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. - ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements. - forming strategic external alliances and partners to support the Hotel’s positioning and actively promote the Hotel and brand through community and professional involvement. - creating a positive and productive work environment built on motivating, inspiring and leading an effective team that delivers results and is highly engaged.
