Our client is an established Luxury Residential builder who have been around for over a decade and have a strong pipeline of work. They are based in the Northern Beaches and work on Luxury projects valued up to $3M.

**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for a Working Site Foreman or an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who's ready for their next step and looking to transition to Working Site Foreman, to join this successful team and work on a $2.5M Luxury Residential project at Pymble. Working closely with the Director, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- All aspects of Carpentry work
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Carpenter and have at least 3 years experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter or some Working Foreman experience with a Luxury Residential Builder. It is essential that you have worked on high-end projects valued more than $1 million. Most improtant is your positive can-do attitute and willingness to work up to 70% on the tools as required.
