**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a driven and personable individual to join our team, managing inbound leads while building and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in converting leads, managing CRM systems, and maintaining strong connections with clients—no cold calling involved

**The Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**: Qualify incoming leads, nurture relationships, and schedule site assessments for our estimators.
- **CRM Management**:Track leads, manage customer interactions, and provide key reporting and sales forecasting.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with our sales manager and support the broader team as required
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with strata managers and key clients, ensuring consistent and high-level service throughout the sales cycle.
- **Sales Support**: Follow up on quotations, handle client inquiries, and support our sales team in converting leads to successful projects.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking someone with energy and a passion for relationship-building. If you’re a people-person who enjoys problem-solving and has a knack for engaging communication, this role could be perfect for you.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to make quick, effective calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Experience in internal sales and phone-based customer engagement (property sector experience preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
