About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Cricket Curator. This role is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of cricket wickets and outfields to a professional standard. The position requires strong turf management knowledge, hands-on experience, and a passion for delivering playing surfaces of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and present cricket wickets and outfields to competition standards
  • Undertake turf renovations, mowing, watering, rolling, and pitch marking
  • Operate and maintain turf machinery and equipment
  • Implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with WHS standards
  • Monitor turf health and carry out pest, disease, and irrigation management
  • Liaise with stakeholders, coaches, and sporting bodies to meet playing requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Cricket Curator or in a turf management role
  • Strong knowledge of cricket wicket preparation and turf care practices
  • Relevant turf management qualifications (Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or similar preferred)
  • Ability to operate and maintain turf equipment and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
  • Sound knowledge of WHS procedures
  • Current C class Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence desirable)
  • A recent National Police Clearance (
