Join our dynamic team as a Civil Construction Crew Member specialising in Pole to Pit work for Utility Companies at Caliber Civil. We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious individuals to contribute to the success of our utility infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Pole to Pit construction tasks following project specifications and utility company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with utility company standards and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in civil construction, specifically in Pole to Pit work for Utility Companies.
- Possession of a valid White Card.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Proficiency in operating construction machinery relevant to Pole to Pit work.
- Familiarity with utility company guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Able to read DBYD plans.
- Truck and Excavator ticket would be advantageous.
- VESI Preferred but not required.

- Expertise in Pole to Pit construction methods.
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery relevant to utility construction.
