We are currently looking for people in South Yarra to join our dynamic and friendly Disability Support team.

Working as part of the Disability support Team provides you with the opportunity to support individuals with all areas of their life, from participation in recreational and social activities to assistance with their day to day living. Shifts vary anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours in duration.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Clear and effective communications skills (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Initiative and self-motivation
A positive and professional approach
Availability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening and weekends
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
Willingness to work shifts 2 - 3hours in length.
Prior Work within a complex needs or behaviour support role is highly desirable.

Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003) & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001)
Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia
A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A current Australian driver’s licence
Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $75.00 per hour
