- Lead a high-performing procurement team to deliver business programs and objectives aligned with customer needs and strategy.
- Provide expert advice, clear direction, and technical guidance to ensure team success.
- Drive consistency in category and sourcing processes, utilising systems, tools, and templates effectively.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Promote innovation and a culture of excellence in procurement practices.
- Organize resources strategically to achieve key outcomes and deliverables.
- Ensure thorough documentation supports category strategies and sourcing events.
