We have multiple exciting opportunities for **Claims Support Officers** to join our team in Sydney. These are **10-month contract roles** offering the chance to develop your career within a supportive, high-performing environment.

**Position Overview**
- **Job Title**: Claims Support Officer
- **Location**: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000
- **Salary**: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
- **Contract Dates**: 1 October 2025 - 15 August 2026
- **Work Arrangement**: Hybrid (office + work from home, post-probation)
- **Hours**: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

**What you’ll do**
- Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets.
- Gather, validate, and follow up on claim details.
- Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations.
- Assist with reviews, audits, and additional team tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to learning, coaching, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support other queues during peak periods.

**What you’ll bring**
- Qualifications in Administration, Business, Accounting, or Finance (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
