**Description**:
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for Part time Customer Service Consultants to join our team in our Banyo, Brisbane location, to start on Monday 24th April.

Part time days of work - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 1pm

**Training**: Is Full time for 4 weeks' provided and is a mix of both classroom and on the job learning. Training is from 8am-4pm starting on Monday 24th April.

**In this role, you will**:
Answer inbound calls from customers
Provide accurate product information
Accurately update customer records
Assist customers with complaints and resolve efficiently and effectively
Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Previous experience working in a busy customer service role - call centre, office, retail and hospitality backgrounds welcome
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Be flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to start on Monday 24th April
