Casual Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on crafting, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement within the mortgage industry. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective digital strategies across Google, Meta and LinkedIn for our lovely clients.

**About You**

You are proficient in the Google Ads suite and can confidently increase conversions, lower CPA, and increase ROAS. You know your way around Google (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google My Business) Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn for Business and understand how to interpret the data to develop your strategies and conjunction with the overall strategy for the client.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management.** Create and schedule posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- **Website Rebuild.** Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current website to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop a strategic plan for the new website that aligns with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
- **Market Research.** Analyse industry trends and competitor activities, and identify target audiences and potential new markets.
- **Digital Marketing.** Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, and optimise website content for search engines (SEO).
- **Event Coordination.** Organise webinars, workshops, and client appreciation events, and coordinate participation in industry conferences and expos.
- **Analytics and Reporting.** Track and report on marketing campaign performance, and monitor website traffic and social media engagement metrics.
- **Brand Management.** Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels, and maintain and update branding guidelines and assets.
- **Lead Generation.** Implement strategies to attract and convert new leads, and maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Demonstrated marketing experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various digital channels like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve work-related issues and campaign challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Fluent Mandarin is desirable.
