About the Role
- 2 x permanent Customer Service Representative roles - genuine career development opportunities
- Outbound sales leads
- Melbourne based - hybrid work arrangement - (3 office days, 2 WFH)

AGL is currently implementing new products and offers to residential customers in Australia, including ‘behind the meter’ initiatives.

We have 2 permanent opportunities for Customer centric, motivated individuals to join our high performing national Sales team.

In providing exceptional customer service, this role also ensures the upmost compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements for the benefit of the consumer

What you’ll be doing: (Main key responsibilities)
- Ability to qualify potential customers
- Battery Solar Virtual Power Plant.
- Uncover the needs and wants of customers in regard to Renewable Energy.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar, battery and VPP
- Support the Energy Management Go to Market strategy, implementing test and learn campaigns, providing VOC feedback, reporting and insights into activities.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Customer service, sales or account management experience
- Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our customers
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work with multiple systems concurrently, proficiency in core Microsoft products
- Are available to work on a rotational roster between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
