**Job Description**:
In this exciting full-time role, you will have the opportunity to deliver professional education across multiple brands, with a focus on **Lakme**.
Working in partnership with the sales team, you will help drive the growth of our business through education activities with existing clients across Sydney and greater region, together with driving new business opportunities. You will also travel to regional areas on a semi regular basis.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage and coordinate the education program in designated territory, including:
- Performing colour demonstrations, followed by installation programs for new clients
- Delivering in-salon education workshops and seminars
- Facilitating varied company brand programs
- Setting up and supporting guest artists in seminars and shows
- Collaborate with sales team to plan education needs and workshops across the client group
- Represent the business at trade association meetings to promote products
- Manage education deliverables, including facilitation of workshops, adhering to correct set up, materials, equipment, product, pack down and clean up processes
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, whilst proactively pioneering new business, in collaboration with the sales team
- Manage weekly and monthly reports, providing insight to the Education Manager as required
**We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in performing demonstrations, client installations and delivering education content
- Minimum 10 years’ hairdressing experience
- A genuine passion for educating and sharing knowledge
- Strong experience with face to face/on-line customer service
- Excellent communication, consulting and interpersonal skills, proven ability in developing trusted relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes
- Well-developed organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work and follow through on set tasks
- Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence
- A highly motivated individual who enjoys working towards KPI’s and shared team goals
- A team player with an outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation with strong change management capability
