About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst role translates complex business needs and requirements into technical and practical solutions that align with NSWEC's business goals and objectives.

Driving evidence-based decision making and leading complex analysis, you will have strong communication, collaborative and analytical skills as you will be building and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities, recommendations and assisting with the enhancement and overall delivery of a business outcome or solution. 

This is a full-time ongoing position. There are two (2) positions available.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements

• Proven experience in eliciting, analysing and managing functional and non-functional requirements throughout the entire software or systems delivery and operational lifecycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology, business systems and the IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
• Satisfactory criminal Record check result.

2. Give an example of what best practice analysis methodologies have you used to translate business requirements into functional designs to a technical team? (maximum 300 words)
