We’re Hiring: Social Media & Website assistant

We are an established NDIS provider looking for a skilled Social Media & Website Assistant to help strengthen our online presence. This role is perfect for someone creative, organised, and experienced in digital marketing, with a passion for making a difference in the disability sector.

What you’ll do:

- Develop and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build brand awareness and increase engagement with participants, families, and stakeholders
- Create and implement a content calendar aligned with our services and values
- Run targeted campaigns to reach our audience effectively
- Review, tidy up, and refresh our website for a professional and user-friendly experience
- Provide regular analytics and recommendations for improvement

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Experience updating and maintaining websites (WordPress or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO and online engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
- Understanding of the NDIS sector (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $24.95 - $63.52 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
