**The organisation**

Our client helps people with legal matters, they provide their legal services to people who are socially and economically disadvantaged, people with a disability, children, the elderly and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

**The role**

Providing support to Senior Management Team with the resource requirements and managing the Workplace Analyst. Ability to manage and maintain the workforce solution using Genesys, that will forecast and plan their recruitment requirements, this will allow service delivery to be met, identify work patterns, look at budgets and training of the team, in a Legal help environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Resourcing/rostering requirements to meet budget/financial targets
- Manage training schedule for team to attend professional development programs
- Provide optimal forecasting, appropriate team levels to meet demands
- Present analytics on demand trends and use data to identify continuing improvements.

**Skills and Experience**
- Leadership skills and experience in contact centre workforce
- Strong experience with Workforce Management software
- Ability to solve complex problems utilising data sets of information
- Develop and implement end to end workforce management and forecasting preferably in a contact centre.
