Workforce Partnerships Manager

About this opportunity:
As a manager of workforce sector partnerships, you will lead a team to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and development of lived experience workforces in mental health services.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, including consumers, families, carers, and supports, as well as workforce representatives, to address key priorities and recommendations for lived experience workforces.
Key responsibilities include developing policies and strategies, leading large initiatives, and navigating changing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in managing workforce programs or related fields
- Leadership skills in developing lived and living experience workforces
- Drive to reform Victoria's mental health system for better outcomes
- Confident leadership of a team to manage large initiatives
- Skill in co-design and co-production in various settings
