**The Opportunity**

HCA’s Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified and motivated Leading Hand, to join our Remanufacturing team working an afternoon shift.

Reporting to the Reman Supervisor, the core focus of this role is:

- Ensuring HCA workshop employees comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety-first culture is a consistent behavior within the workshop
- Managing workflow through our major contractors on a daily basis
- Reviewing and managing our WIP on a daily basis
- Executing the production schedule working to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources
- Maintaining and encouraging strong working relationships within the Reman department

To be successful in this role you will have experience as a leading hand and be motivated to achieve daily targets. You will also have:

- Relevant trade qualifications as a fitter machinist, HD Fitter or similar
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Be a task orientated individual who understands the urgency required to properly support our client base
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and team personal development
- Strong commitment to quality control and the continuous improvement of quality systems
