- **The Role**_

The_**Marketing Manager**_will manage the marketing and communications strategy, bringing energy, innovation and new ideas to Earthtrack’s marketing functionalities to meet short, medium and long-term growth objectives. This incumbent will also be managing a small team.

The position requires a ‘hands on’ approach by providing graphic design, print management, digital initiatives, as well as delegating where appropriate, functioning as part of the team to deliver on projects to deadline.
- **Key Tasks**_
- Managing and developing a cohesive Earthtrack Group brand to align with corporate objectives, creating product brand awareness and equity.
- Oversee daily operations of the marketing team to achieve maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
- Ensuring that Marketing’s contribution to quality leads generated for the sales funnel is measured and aligns with the activities and strategies of the sales team.
- Manage web enquiries and chats to ensure leads are managed efficiently by the sales team and captured for ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Analysis of market and consumer data to identify opportunities and deliver integrated activity plans that align with sales targets.
- Developing actionable marketing campaigns that align with short and long-term objectives developed as communicated by the Directors/CEO and management team with integrated tactics to generate tangible benefits.
- Bring innovation and new ideas into the marketing team, particularly around digital and social media initiatives, that will establish Earthtrack as a leader in the solar and LED field.
- Utilise automated marketing where appropriate, as well as regular EDMs to key customer groups with demonstrated measurement of results.
- Design and implement marketing strategies and plans in an annual plan that is approved by the CEO and management team (implementation and accreditation under ISO9001), including budgeting and cost tracking.
- Analysis and reporting of key activities each month to the management team, including setting and delivery of key KPIs relating to marketing.
- Ensure new product introductions from Earthtrack R&D team are managed effectively and the full suite of internal and customer tools are available ready for the launch dates with a full promotional plan also planned and approved ready for implementation. This includes follow up with R&D team, suppliers and setting the USP for the product.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors, as well as public speaking or media liaison opportunities to further enhance the Earthtrack brand.
- Managing the marketing team, including setting individual targets, monitoring performance, coaching and development. Ensuring the correct resourcing is available to undertake marketing plans and campaigns utilising both internal and external sources.
- Develop potential new markets and sector opportunities for future growth, as well as identified opportunities for product development to meet customer needs (for submission to R&D team).
- Management of various Social Media platforms and digital promotion (paid and organic).
- General event support and coordination.
- Graphic design and other assistance to the team where needed to meet deadlines.
- **The Person**_

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Bachelor of Arts or equivalent
- Experience in a similar Marketing Management role, with direct reports
- 3+ years' experience in Multimedia and Graphic Design
- Excellent organisation, communication, public speaking, and leadership skills
- A strong understanding of digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, CMS, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing organisational budgets
- Proven copywriting, content development and developing USP’s
- Demonstrable experience in using a creative and innovative approach to try new methods to get excellent results
