We are currently seeking a Factory Foreman/Supervisor to help oversee our Production line.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide ETA's to customers
- Help identify areas of improvement
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure areas are clean and maintained
- Monitor quality control within the production lines
- Liaise with Operations Manager to ensure smooth processes
- Minimum 12 months of leading hand experience
- Able to work at a steady pace
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to identify safety risks
- Honest, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required

Monday to Friday 38 Hours per week with overtime available.
